- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am only posting for this year only. We have always gone to H& R block and saw a Sally for years and she was great. Well this year she was not there and we got a James Shanley. He is in his 80's and was horrible from the start. We could not even finish our taxes. He was the worst person I have ever dealt with.
